It claims to keep skin twice as hydrated as the original Moisture Surge Extended Thirst Relief we’ve all come to know and love. It boosts nonstop 72-hour hydration – even after washing your face! As well as aloe water Moisture Surge contains Caffeine, Humectants, and Hyaluronic Acid to lock in moisture.
